Eczemine provides meal tracking and flare-up analysis. To provide these services, we use Google and Firebase services for authentication and data storage.
Data We Process
- Account Info: We use Google Sign-In via Firebase Authentication to manage your account securely.
- Logs & Analysis: Meal logs, symptoms, and body-map data are stored in Firebase Firestore. This data is processed by AI to generate your weekly and monthly summaries.
- Images: Reaction photos are stored in Firebase Storage and are only accessible by you or your family group.
Data Deletion & User Rights
We respect your right to control your personal data. You may request the permanent deletion of your account and all associated data at any time.
- How to Request Deletion: To initiate a deletion request, please email us at support@dreenainteractive.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request".
- Required Information: Please provide the email address associated with your Eczemine account to help us verify your identity.
- What is Removed: Upon processing your request, we will permanently delete your user profile, all meal logs, symptom history, and any stored reaction images.
- Processing Time: Requests are typically processed within 48 hours. Once deleted, this data cannot be recovered.
Advertising and Analytics
Eczemine uses Google AdMob to display interstitial and rewarded ads. AdMob may collect certain data, such as your Advertising ID, to serve relevant ads.
Third-Party Services
- Firebase (Google): For cloud syncing and user authentication.
- Google AdMob: For advertisement delivery.
Family Sharing
If you join a family group, your meal and reaction logs are shared privately with the members of that specific group.
